Living with Chronic Fatigue

It’s been a little while now since I’ve written or shared any content on health and fitness, I guess I needed the break and to be honest I ended up pretty unwell… not only did I need to stop all exercise, there were a couple of months there where I lived between the couch and my bed. I’m pleased to say that this is no longer the case and I’ve been happily sewing and making sewing patterns. Getting back into the exercise though has been difficult and while I can do some things, I’m practically intolerant to foods with protein, which makes me wary as with the exercise I am doing, I tend to keep getting slimmer, rather than building any muscle.

Something I’ve been wanting to do for the past couple of years is ‘officially’ share my journey. I’m not ‘cured’ by any means but I have learnt so much and not just for those with a chronic illness… So today I’m sharing with you the symptoms I’ve had and currently have and I will continue with these videos and dive into what I’ve tried and what has worked for me and the results I have experienced.
