Before You Detox
Yep, I’m pro detoxing! And when you start looking into the toxins we are exposed to (and not fully equipped to deal with) – you’ll probably become pro detoxing too.
When you start thinking about detoxing you’ll notice that there are sooooo many options available… but are they good for you?
The thing is, many supplements or detox kits might pull toxins out (of your liver for example) but that doesn’t mean they guarantee those toxins leave your body and if they are not leaving your body – there is a good chance of you reabsorbing them… so how can you detox and make sure this doesn’t happen?
