Where Can You Get Castor Oil Packs?
A few years ago, I searched for a castor oil pack made from organic cotton, which is waterproof, non-toxic, and safe for regular use, but I couldn’t find a single one in Australia. Many that I came across were made from bamboo, which is often greenwashed as an eco-friendly option. However, bamboo is really toxic to the environment, and possibly to the wearer, due to the highly chemical-intensive process used to make the bamboo into fibre or fabric.
Since I love sewing, I took matters into my own hands. I designed and created my own castor oil pack, made with care, at home, and right here in Australia.

How To Use Castor Oil Packs
Castor oil for your pack can be applied in two ways. Castor oil can be applied straight to your skin (where you plan to use the pack) with a gentle, supporting circular motion. The pack can then be applied on top to maximize the benefits from the oil. Alternatively, if you have sensitivities that make it difficult for you to apply castor oil in this way, you can pour the oil directly onto the pack and then apply the pack to your body.
Made from a DOUBLE layer of Organic Cotton Flannel
Many alternative castor oil packs are made with fabric and plastic wrap, which contain harmful chemicals and may impact your hormones. Organic Castor Oil Packs is proud to offer organic cotton flannel castor oil packs with a double layer of organic cotton flannel and a waterproof PUL fabric outside.
Easy-to-Use & Adjust
Measure your waist in centimeters; these castor oil packs feature built-in elastic and are available in multiple sizes. If you are between sizes, opt for the smaller size, as the belt is elastic. The sizes of the castor oil packs are taken with the elastic unstretched, and because the band is elastic, it stretches slightly. So, if on the smaller side of the measurements, go down a size.
These belly packs are made with a wide elastic and velcro. The velcro is secured over the front of the pack, so no elastic cutting into your waist or buttons digging into your sides.
Ideal for Allergy Sufferers and Those Who Are Chemically Sensitive
No harmful chemicals were used to grow or process the cotton used for these castor oil packs. This means they’re better for those with sensitivities, as well as for the environment, planet, and your overall health.
Unlike many other castor oil packs that require washing before use, these packs are made from fabric that has already been washed. They are ready to use.

I now have neck/thyroid wraps and pads that can be used on the breast by placing them inside your bra.
The small breast pads are approximately 14cm in diameter and are a flat piece.
The large breast pads are approximately 16cm in diameter and are made with a dart, so they are curved/cupped in shape.
